The design of the place was one of the best we have seen in NZ. The playground and common area were right at the center, very comfortable and kids friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Located on the outskirts of Greymouth, Paroa Hotel offers comfortable accommodation with free Wi-Fi and enchanting seaside views. It is 10 minutes' walk from South Beach. I like that it is very clean and well maintained. Definitely very comfortable stay for me and my family. The hotel has a restaurant too and food were fantastic. We had our dinner and breakfast there. The ribs were so good.

Set 16 km from Punakaiki Scenic Attraction, Paparoa Beach Hideaway with Hot Tub features accommodation in Barrytown with access to a hot tub. Wonderful secluded beach cottage in forest setting 15 minutes south of Punakaiki. Pleasant 10 minute walk to beach. All necessary conveniences with comfortable bed and well-stocked kitchenette. Nice hot tub a minute walk away, shared with the other nearby cottage.

Featuring a terrace and views of mountain, Hokitika Fire Station Boutique Accommodation is a recently renovated aparthotel set in Hokitika, 400 metres from Hokitika Beach. Such an awesome property and great attention to every detail. Air conditioners even had extra air filtration units attached! The interiors were very well appointed and even had real Nespresso capsules! Hokitika was also a super cute town - totally worth a visit!

Loved everything! This is a fabulous property: clean, comfortable, rural quiet with only the sounds of nature. Andrew and Jolene helped us feel more like friends than 'customers', and if/when we stay on the west coast again, we won't stay anywhere else. 100% recommended!

Stopforths Motel features spacious and luxurious accommodation just 450 metres from the centre of Hokitka. Opening in 2018, guests can admire the Southern Alps views or the stars on an astronomy tour.... Spent 4 weeks travelling in NZ staying in many hotels/motels. Some good, some average. The Stopforth was the best. These owners really know how to present a quality product. Highly recommend.

Located in Otira, 12 km from Devils Punchbowl Falls, Rata Lodge Accommodation provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge. Stayed one night and it was recently redone and very comfortable. The community spaces felt like a comfortable home. Gerard and Vicki were friendly, kind, helpful, I can’t say enough good things about them. I needed to do laundry ($10 to wash and dry) and Vicky brought it up to me when it was done. One thing needed more drying and she graciously put it back in the dryer and brought it up to me again. Would have loved to stay longer and explore the beautiful Arthur’s Pass area.
