The staff was genuinely warm and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable — making us feel truly pampered. One late-night emergency had us needing something urgently from the city, and despite being short-staffed, the management didn’t hesitate to help, even arranging personal transport. That level of care is rare in our country to be honest The location? Simply unbeatable. Waking up to panoramic views of Rakaposhi, the glowing valley, and surrounding mountains was surreal. The ambiance of the resort is artistically curated, with every corner thoughtfully decorated and barcodes linking to artist stories — a beautiful touch. The rooms are ultra-modern and tech-forward, equipped with Google Home voice assistants in every room — a first for any hotel in Pakistan! To top it all off, this is the first place I’ve stayed that truly offers value for money in a tourist hotspot like Hunza, where most 4-star hotels tend to overcharge. Staying at Pacific guest house is pure joy. Siraj started communicating with me very early before my arrival, and he was there picking me up from the airport the day I arrived. I stayed with this wonderful family for 10 days and every day i felt i was pampered like in my own family. As I was working remote, they ensured I always had perfect internet (I always did!) electricity and everying needed (a good desk and chair, and tea to keep me going during the day). I had amazing conversations with Siraj and his super smart sister (Hulya) who are incredible humans, and also mum and dad are always working around and super helpful. The property is beatiful and the garden is incredible, with all kind of flowers, fruits and veggies. Every day I'd take my breakfast in the garden (any time it suited me, as they adapt) and they also supported me with all help I needed. Even I got sick one day and they ensured I had the right bland foods, the needed care and the right guidance. I cannot recommend enough this beautiful place and this gorgeous family. The rooms are spacious, light and comfy. I absolutely loved it! Location a bit uphill outside of the center, but it's a lovely walk (really nice after diinner) and the neighbours are so nice and kind that is a joy just to pass by every day. It's a 20 minute walk up to ManthaBudha rock too and on the way to Sadpara lake.

The hotel is well located, away from the main road, so it’s peaceful and quiet, yet still close to everything in Skardu. The place is clean and well maintained. The host is incredibly welcoming, friendly, honest, and always ready to help with anything you need. There’s also a good restaurant on-site, which is super convenient. It’s also excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Skardu!
