We stayed for 2 nights with two small kids. It's a fabulous facility, our appartment had mountain views, gorgeous interior design, well equipped. Short walk to the centre of Bukowina. Great and very helpful staff who always welcomed us with big smile and ready to help. It was amazing, looking to book next stay 🥰

Elegant hotel with superb facilities. Comfortable beds, excellent buffet breakfast.Best breakfast we had In Poland staff excellent Rooms were stunning, a great view of the Tatra mountains from the balcony. Cannot fault a thing. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Loved the stay. The hotel is in quite area, with cozy rooms, good breakfast options and small SPA zone. We did not try massages, but enjoyed sauna and jacuzzi. Good parking also available.

The outside building was so inviting. Upon walking through the doors the lobby was beautiful even the scent in the air was gorgeous and relaxing. Kindest person on reception checking us in. The furnishings were cosy and stylish. The cocktails, the outdoor jacuzzi!!!! The breakfast was insanely good, we wished we stayed for longer...

The location was good. It is close to the shops and restaurants and within walking distance of hiking trails. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly.

We were very happy with the window view. It was magical to wake up to mountains and clouds! The bed was very comfy. It's very good that you have a small firdge in room - very usefull. The room and bathroom very clean and nice. And also we are happy that staff can speak in english.
