The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a huge variety of delicious options that catered to all preferences, including gluten-free choices. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of Gävle, making it convenient to explore the city. Overall, the combination of excellent facilities, top-notch service, and a peaceful pool experience made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!
