The room was perfect, everything was clean. The bathroom was very confortable. Everything is very professional and well organised. The pool view is spectacular. The staff is very helpful.

The room was exceptional, very confortable and pleasant, all the staff were a very welcome people, completely available to help and to give some good tips, special Felicia was very kind. The pool was amazing with a pleasant, especially at night. It's an outstanding Hotel, definitely a must stay.

Nestled within 15 acres of tropical gardens, Shangri-La Singapore offers a hideaway just 7-minutes from the hustle and bustle of Orchard Road. The room was exceptionally clean, cosy, great view. Shang palace was fully booked, I couldnt make a booking, but your customer service officer managed to get us a booking. Really appreciate that. Also easy to select from amenities through the website, and staff are genuinely friendly.

It was a beautiful room and view everything was clean and looked new. Air was perfect and room was so spacious.
