The place was super clean, and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful — gave me lots of great tips on what to see and do around Chiang Rai. The breakfast was also quite good. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend it.

Located within a 5-minute ride from Chiang Rai Clock Tower, Saikaew Resort features cosy cottages with modern facilities with a laundry service. Free WiFi is provided throughout the resort. The room was even better and bigger than expected from the photos. Really nice peaceful place to stay offering bike rental making it really easy to get around. Food was also really nice and really really affordable. Breakfast was basic but help yourself which was amazing for us when wanting to get off nice and early!

Baan Sakuna Hotel has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Chiang Khong. We searched for a quite, countryside, not pricey but nice place and we found just it. We were greeted by the nicest thai guy I ever met and immediately took care of our check in. The room was enormous, clean, beautiful, very very nice bathroom and shower, and the nicest view from the balcony. We enjoyed the quiet so much and went down multiple times to drink coffee in the lounge/bar at the reception, which is a really nice place as well. Nak helped us plan our upcoming trip and gave us a lot of good tips for traveling in the north. Worth every penny!

Our spacious and spotless room, along with excellent room service, made our stay even more comfortable. Beyond the hotel, it served as an ideal base for exploring the beautiful region of Chiang Rai. Beautiful view of the river and the forest. Staff were super kind. Large selection of breakfast. Top floor restaurant amazing meats, a little on the expensive side. Large bedrooms and bathrooms.
