Khun Pooh helped me feel very comfortable whilst traveling alone to the resort, all the staff knew my name and showed me around the buffet and the food was so fresh and locally grown so the vegetables had extra taste and there were many healthy options available, the fresh juices were equisite.

Khanittha and her husband have put alot of love in this place and Khanittha is a wonderful cook. The location is isolated which is the charm to be away from the busier tourist world. So nice to simply retreat here. Khanittha arranged a private boat to explore around the bay and drive to airport in Phuket was easy.

We spent 7 nights there recently with our family (kids 6 and 4) and we loved it! There resort is stunning (like the pics) and the pools kept our girls entertained for large parts of the day but there was also lots of kids activities that we could book them in for as well. The restaurants were amazing , quality food for a very reasonable price, beach bar with live music in the evenings as the sun is setting. The fire shows were awesome on the beach. A huge breakfast buffet (who doesn't love breakfast buffets!) and much more - we will definitely be back! All of the staff were incredibly accommodating and the facilities were kept very clean. The nice team members who kept our room clean made different characters shaped with towels for the first 3-4 nights which our girls loved :)

Located directly on the Khao Lak’s sunset beach sided by a natural lagoon, Devasom Khao Lak Beach Resort & Villas is a resort found amid tropical garden and coconut groves. The location of the Hotel is 90+ kms from the Airport. Heard it is typically for Scandinavian tourists as it is quiet and remote. The beaches were great, except it was the monsoon and rainy season in Thailand. There is a lagoon next to the hotel and it is a great place to relax and unwind.
