The hotel is new and everything was exceptionally clean. I booked two rooms for my family, including one accessible room for a person with reduced mobility. That room was very nice — spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. The bathroom had all the necessary equipment to take a shower safely and easily. The staff was always available and responded very quickly to all our requests, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were very satisfied.

Location is perfect. It is close to the train station and to the city center. Breakfast was delicious. Stuff is friendly and helpful above and beyond.

Conveniently situated in the centre of Lviv, Best Western Plus Market Square Lviv provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, private parking and room service. The staff was extremely friendly and nice (especially Iryna, she was outstandingly helpful), the bed incredibly comfortable, the food at the restaurant was out of this world. Also the internet was fast and despite the central location it was pretty quiet. Also 24h electricity. Will definitely come back when in lviv and recommend the hotel to everyone!
