The location was excellent, close to tons of restaurant, stores and activities. The room was large and very comfortable, and the staff always very friendly. The pool was very nice and relaxing. The beach right in front of the hotel was practically nonexistent, but walking about a minute to the right you can get to a wonderful beach. The convenience store inside the hotel was also very useful.

Excellent location. Very modern and clean hotel with friendly staff located just a few meters from the ocean. We had a room on the 18th floor with a direct ocean view, so we enjoyed watching the sunset over the ocean while sitting on the balcony. We were also able to enjoy live Hawaiian music every night from the sister hotel Halekulani across the street. There is a very good restaurant on site so the food was excellent. There are also really good restaurants in the sister hotel Halekulani and we were able to charge everything to the room from there as well. It was also no problem to extend our stay on the day of check out as our flight was at 9pm. Overall one of the best experiences we had on our travels. Highly recommended.

A beautiful property including our room, with excellent service! We were well taken care of on our honeymoon. Also, we forgot a very sentimental and valuable item and when we got in touch the Ritz Management quickly searched the room and got back to us on how to get the item to us as quickly and safely as possible! Loved the private beach, facilities (sunscreen, waters, towels) Spa was incredible - best massage. However, these were not in the huts as pictured and requested and as a special occasion I was dissapointed. We did the snorkel canoe tour - ended up being just us - amazing guides super friendly

Beautifully designed resort. Amazing location with great views all around. Great beds and huge bathroom with double sinks. All food in resort great but dinners at Alaia restaurant top notch. Sashimi so fresh and amazing, pasta, pork, salads all Michelin quality in our eyes.

Great location! Waikik is one of the best parts of Honolulu, there are plenty of shops, big brands and restaurants in an easy reach. Also, the famous Waikiki beach is about 5 minutes by walk. The facilities are awesome! We didn't get to the pools, but we loved the washing room, it came very handy that we could clean our dirty clothes in the middle of a long trip (for free). The room was one of the best ones, if not the best one, we ever had! Everything seemed to be brand new, the furniture has great quality. We loved that the doors of each rooms are opening in each others - so, you can walk around from the living room through the bedroom and bahtroom, then get back to the living room (though not having a door on the toilet is an interesting choice). The kitchen was fully equipped, we loved the USB plugs at the bedsides and to have both a bath tube and a shower cabin.
