Everything. from the booking, service before arrival, the stay, till service after check out. They are very careful, always in touch to Make sure we are comfortable. The house is clean, safe, very well located. there are all comodities to let us comfortable. the Kitchen is super. Well equiped, even spices and detergents are there. the pool area is beautiful. We could not use It due to the cold weather, but It is a great view there are several games to play, books to read. I got to know some names of south african literature. my only regreat is the short time we stayed there that we could not enjoy everything the house has to ofer

Every detail is considered with care, everything you need will be handled. For the price they far exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing three-night stay at Umkumbe bush Lodge. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. As there are only a few tents, they get to know your name and preferences and it feels like a home away from home. The accommodation is super clean, comfortable and exactly what you need for your visit. The common area had a wonderful pool and bar, where you can watch the wildlife pass by as you relax and unwind. The game drives start early in the morning, and it can be cold, but you are provided with warm fleece blankets as well as ponchos for when it rains. Both our guides (Pieter and Capps ) are very knowledgeable and good fun - they really look after us and engaged in conversation while on drives sharing their passion for the area. The coffee and drink stops were a highlight as well. We cannot rate this place highly enough and hope to return sometime in the future, l Thank you to everyone at Umkumbe for making this such a memorable experience and making us feel like more than just guests. Your personal touches did not go unnoticed

We had a fantastic time at Safari Moon Lodge! Staff was exceptional. Caroline was amazing, she made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. The lodge is stunning, rooms were huge and beautifully decorated. Breakfast, which was served outdoors in a beautiful garden/pool setting, was delicious. They pay a lot of attention to detail and it was small things like a little snack box for the road, which made the stay extra special. We will definitely come back!
