Super friendly owner. At arrival he welcomed us with cold water. He told us a lot about the country and about Përmet. Nothing was too much. The hotel is at a place on a hill, wich gives a great view on the city of Përmet. The wine he serves is made by his cousin and is actually good wine.

Super clean and VERY white!. We loved the friendly host and the location. Plenty of free parking for our rental car, and just a short walk to the main square. They have a small shop in the bottom of the building.

Great spot for a relaxed stay in Permet. Right in the middle of town, you can go swim in the river in 5 minutes walk. But most of all, the hosts are super nice and kind, truly lovely people. Nice breakfast, and food and drinks in the restaurant available until late in the evening. Couldn't recommend it more.

This was the best stay we had in two whole weeks albania. First of all the location is amazaing, it is so peaceful anf quiet. The house is really nice, good a/c, good wifi, good beds, good bathroom. Pretty garden, you can relax in. The best thing about the stay though is the hosting family. They are the most loving and caring people and go out of there way to make your stay as perfect as possible!! We got a whole homemade dinner (everything came straight out of the garden) that was really delicious and lots of homemade raki when we arrived. Also the next morning they served us a big breakfast in the garden. Would highly recommend!!

We have been impressed by how lovely our stay at the Villa Permet was. The place is extremely lovely made and the rooms are stunning. Spacious and really well furnished. The price is well spent money and it proved to be our nicest accommodation of the whole vacation. The breakfast was very rich and the coffee was fantastic. We can recommend!!

One of the best accommodations on our trip to Albania. The room was really spacious, even the bathroom was as big as the whole hotel room in others places. The breakfast was exceptional. The owner was friendly and spoke very good English. Great price/value ratio.

Best Guest House I have ever been to. Accomodation so clean and cozy. Also bar and lovely breakfast. We stayed because we needed a new tire for the car and the host from guest house sorted it for us within one hour!!! Amazing stay thank you very much!

We had a wonderful stay! There is a beautiful spacious garden with a nice view, fresh fruits and vegetables, nice and calm swimming spots and restaurants are nearby. Special thanks to the lovely host family!! We really fehlt at home in the Stone House! Although the platform didn't tell us, great selfmade breakfast was included. Highest recommendation to visit this accomodation!
