We were warmly welcomed by the family Naglmayr who are lovely, friendly people and who helped to make our visit a real pleasure. Their Apartment NH96 is a wonderful place to stay in the charming, picturesque village of Bad Hofgastein. There is a little river running right by the house with a nice paths on either side that you can walk along into the town centre in just a few minutes. Our room was delightful with lots of wood, a comfy bed, great shower, fully equipped kitchen, pleasant sitting area and big balcony with lovely views of the village and the nearby mountains. It was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and quiet with a nice comfortable bed. Our stay at Apartment NH96 also included the Gastein Card which provides free travel on all the the local buses and trains in the Gastein area and which we made good use of to travel up and down the valley. We had an excellent time in Bad Hofgastein doing some fantastic walks in the Gastein valley and on the local mountains as well as enjoyably wandering around the village with its wide range of shops, lovely big park and wide variety of good restaurants. Highly recommended!

The apartment was really spacious. We also loved both balconies. It is in the center of the city, the store and Alpentherme are just across the street. Also you can access the Alpentherme through connecting tunnel. The breakfast was also delitious.

Very nice, quiet place with a great view. I totally recommend. I'd give some extra stars to the hosts, they were extremely nice all the time, and it felt like they were always available if needed, but not at all in any intrusive way. Magical. Also, I managed to hurt myself skiing, the hosts booked me a doctor and drove me to the clinic, waited me outside and then drove back. I cannot express how great they were.

Everything about this location is exceptional! Starting with the staff who were extremely nice and helpful with a great spirit and joy, amenities and facilities, gourmet food, the Feuerbar which organized on the Easter week-end an amazing BBQ. Spa facilities were great and with high services and treatments. You could feel that this business is run with the love for the team, property and customers!

This family-run hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the door, I was welcomed with such genuine warmth. The attention to detail in every corner of the hotel reflects their passion and pride. The personalised service, delicious meals - like super tasty- and thoughtful little touches- made our stay unforgettable. The reception staff gave good advice regarding Skiing within walking distance of a few bus points. Also, as a family hotel, they allow children to be children; we loved the family pool area and relaxing afternoon cakes and teas. The hotel staff displayed all-around kindness and care, and we had a 5-day stay - this was seen as consistent and genuine... I could go on complimenting this hotel and its staff ... LOVED IT !!!
