This is really a top hotel. Modern rooms with safe inside, closets and perfect bathroom. They are really nicely sound proofed and they brag with that. We did not have breakfast, but the reception and the bar/resturant were well visited, so I assume people liked it there. It was a single night stay, so we could not fully enjoy the experience, but I would come back anytime for certain.

The view from the balcony is something that I have never seen before, it did not get boring at all. Included breakfast was also one of the best I’ve had, with so many options. Staff were all friendly. Even though I didn’t use the facilities, they had a wellness centre and pool. Room was good size and well provided for.

A hidden gem in the Austrian Dolomites. The hotel's location is excellent- just beside the Tristachersee lake, a dream come true for every visitor. The rooms are in impeccable condition, and the food is on another level - I have to mention that the restaurant is in the Michelin guide. The staff is very friendly and helpful in every aspect you may need. My thanks to every member of the Kreuzer family who is running the place; they make you feel at home and provide every little detail for your comfort and convenience. This place made me feel like a member of a happy family - a valuable feature which, unfortunately, is forgotten these days in most tourist places all over the world. We liked the cheap underground parking, staff was very friendly. The hotel is really close to the old town. It was a very pleasant stay, breakfast was very good. There was also a bathtub which is always welcomed!

The location was great, a little bit out of the town but we weren't planning to go there anyway as we were just overnighting on our way to Lake Bled. Although there was no restaurant as such there were light meals served in the bar and outside in the garden. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great location, beautiful surroundings, perfect for the start of our Cycling Race. The staff were super helpful and even upgraded us when they realised they hadn't provided a twin bed since we were friends not a couple! Great stay. Great breakfast selection too.

On the edge of the town but a good overnight stop if you are planning an early start for the sensational drive across the Grossglockner Pass - as we were. Quiet, comfortable and clean with excellent service from friendly staff. Lovely food. Plenty of choice at breakfast and our dinner was very good indeed and very well presented. Indeed, it was the best meal we had at any of the hotels we stayed at during our week in Austria

Very modern interior design and layout, comfortable accommodations, and incredible view of the mountains from the large balcony, living space, and upstairs loft area. We brought home supper to spend more time on the balcony. Staff was flexible and accommodating. Located on the main Platz and walkable from the train station. Bike and ski storage in the basement is convenient, elevator also has a stop at the cafe.

Perfect host. Accommodation booked at last minute and was very happy with my choice. Then accommodated again on a second night. Great base for those wishing to stay close to the Grossglockner Pass. Will certainly choose again if I get this way again.
