The apartment is even nicer than in the photos. The space is pretty big and has high ceilings. The balcony and living room/2nd bedroom have sunlight all afternoon. The apartment is above a cultural center of the town and they run a great program of concerts and events which I would recommend checking out. There is a grocery store and a very nice cafe in the town as well, so you are all set. The apartment has all the kitchen supplies you need as well as linen, towels etc. Parking is reserved for the apartment right next to the house. Hauser Kaibeling ski slopes are approx a 25min car ride away but there is also a ski bus and a train station that would take you to Schladming. Highly recommend booking this place for some fun decor and great comfort.

Excellent services and strong attention to all desires of the guests. Very beautiful and cosy appartments and the whole house. High quality of materials, furniture etc. used in the rooms. Very spacious rooms. Exellent breakfast with very special concept (no ordinary buffet selection). High quality of food and drinks served at breakfast and also in the near Krenn restaurant. We did appreciated much a room service for the first warm drink served after wake-up and still before the breakfast - great idea!!! The house offers also a room service.

The house was absolutely wonderful. Throughout our whole stay we couldn't believe how have we managed to find such a beautiful housing for such a low price. The owner was super nice and helpful whenever we needed. It is placed in a beautiful calm village with basic needs like a bakery and a supermarket near by. Even though the advertised capacity is 8 people, there was 9 of us, with one person sleeping on the couch, which we were a little worried about, but in the end the couch was big enough for maybe even a tenth person.

Amazing place for a stay with friends. We had great time! Place is equipped with everything you may need: kitchen appliances, grill, dishwasher and coffee machine. Clean and tidy. We were 8 people there and everyone had there own space. Wine cellar was great. Amazing place and very nice owner!

Very clean, beautiful and comfortable house. It is located at the edge of the village, which offers you great views of the forest nearby and a very big garden for kids to play. The owners were very friendly! Monika offered us cupcakes fpr our arrival and treated us also with cake and Easter eggs on the Easter day. we will definitely choose it again for our stay. Thank you Monika and Hartwig.
