It is not just the standing location and the villa itself,it’s the family who runs the place. From the reception to the dinner in their restaurant the owner made us feel so welcome. The host was very welcoming, transparent and we appreciated all the good recommendations provided. Location is fantastic, close to Gerlitzen, close to the Lake and many attractions. We enjoyed the Adler Arena, Familywald, hiking to the Finsterbach waterfalls and the Gerlitzen Peak. The restaurant across from the location is also fantastic(zum Treffner).

Breakfast is excellent - choice of locally made cheese and marmalade (super tasty!), bread so delicious you want to try all pieces! Very rich selection of warm and cold options, meaty and vegetarian. Paradise! You can easily stay active hiking around or cycling using numerous good quality cycling routes. Pension has private access to the lake so you can swim, use paddle boards or boat... Staff is very friendly and helpful, always with smile on their faces. Well done, Gregor and all the team!

Super located, well equipped recreation center. Has anything required for a good holiday: holiday houses, restaurant, shop, good information center. They rented us free of charge bikes, helped in organizing free time programs. When we needed to travel earlier than we initially planned an booked (due to un unexpectedly vis major), they helped us in manage the problem. We recommend the place by all our heart.
