We had the most fantastic stay at Haven Mountain Retreat. The staff exceeded our expectations with their warm and attentive service. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to start our days. The pool and spa, set against the backdrop of that breathtaking view, were simply wonderful. Our dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, with delicious cuisine and impeccable service. What made our stay truly special was the unexpected room upgrade we received. The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also offered a stunning view that took our breath away. Our stay was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the outstanding staff, delightful breakfast, incredible pool and spa, exquisite dining, and the generous room upgrade. We can't wait to return for another memorable visit. Thank you for making our stay so remarkable!

The high standards of hospitality and customer care, comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, amazing continental breakfast with hot meal options, cozy sauna area, the warm ski boots room, nice views. This beautiful property (near a working farm with charming animals) is very professionally run. We love this area - probably the 10th time we have visited. A wonderful hotel with fabulous staff that genuinely seemed to care. The food was spectacular and accompanied by some good quality house wines. The hotel has a beautiful spa that we used every day and was usually empty/v quiet. The hotel's ski hire was excellent with a very knowledgeable man in charge - I hired the best skis I've ever used.

Honestly one of the best stays we’ve had in this region. The facilities were wonderful, an infinity rooftop pool with a beautiful view and good temperature, the wellness and spa area was amazing as well. Breakfast buffet has everything you could want, and finally, the staff are very helpful and friendly, with a special mention and thank you to Christoph from the reception desk for his kindness!! Can only recommend this place for a relaxing holiday!

There is nothing to complain to, everything was great. Clean and cozy room, comfortable bed, great localization, very good breakfasts. When you go for a quick holiday you need a stay I had. And 24h open fridge with cold beer included when we arrived at 2am was perfect :) Thank you and hope to see you again

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional amenities and services provided. The indoor pool was a delightful escape, allowing for a relaxing swim regardless of the weather outside. The gym was well-equipped, catering to all my fitness needs, and the media room was a great space to unwind and enjoy some entertainment. The breakfast and dinner offerings were truly exceptional. Each meal was delicious, featuring a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes and dietary needs. The quality and presentation of the food exceeded my expectations every time. What really stood out to me, however, was the staff. Every member of the personnel was extremely nice, kind, and helpful. Their genuine hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. The hotel's location is very good, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel offers everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place to stay for exploring the area! The room was super comfortable. We had a 2-bedroom unit with a kitchen, living room and terrace. The kitchen and dining area was great and very convenient for small meals for our family of 5. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool and saunas were a treat at the end of a day of hiking. Really a great place to stay.

The hosts were an incredibly friendly family. We spent a week in the coziest corner of Austria, with unforgettable sunsets and views from the window. Upon arrival, we were given tourist discount cards, which was a nice bonus. The accommodation is fully equipped for a long stay, and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking, with plenty of dishes for a family of four.

Really old and "tired" guesthouse with a good location, close to the railway station and center of St.Johann im Pongau. It might be okay for a one-night stay just to sleep there. We stayed for 3 nights and it was too long for this place.

Good base to explore surrounding region, the accommodation is a 10 minutes walk from train station, quiet area. The host was very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

One of the most beautiful view which I ever had from accommodation. Close to lift and there is some small shop as well on way there. We don't miss anything there. Kids love the place. Easy to park a car there with lot of spaces to choose. Nice garden and very quiet position. Pleasure to stay there. Thanks.
