The apartment was one of the cleanest and best equipped we have ever stayed in. The location is just a 5 minute walk to the Areit express gondola, which is one of the main access routes to the ski mountain. Manfred and Katrin were extremely helpful and friendly. There is a beautiful sauna and other facilities such as a laundry room and ski lockers to store all your equipment. There is a lovely restaurant on the ground floor which was ideal when we were tired after the days skiing and did not want to go into the village to eat. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend.

Friendly with a good sense of humour and exceptional service every day, the staff and owners make your stay that little bit special. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast and evening meal was made fresh every day, great value and delicious😋The apartments were exceptional and had beautiful views of the mountains & lake with a nice sauna/spa area to relax in after a tough day on the slopes👌Perfect location in our opinion, close enough to the centre but very peaceful and one of the best hotels in the area by miles. You will not be disappointed and we will be returning again for sure….

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils and equipment needed for self-catering. In just a few minutes you can be at the Gondola and in the center. I felt very comfortable and nothing could have been better. Highly recommend!

Fantastic accomodation, clean, close to everything (public transportation, grocery store etc.) , wonderful host - the list is long and could never stop. Everything was perfect, from the communication before our stay - to the very last second before we checked out. Super receptive, welcoming & flexible host that made us feel at home. We’re really recommending this accomodation and whould also come back at a later visit, probably for a longer stay!

One of the best accommodations we've ever been in. Super clean and modern. It's located at the very top of a hill over the Zell am See town so there were no disturbances, only thing you can hear is the rushing water down in the valley. Both check-in and check-out are without any reception. We really enjoyed the privacy in this regard. All around perfect base for our hiking trip. There are trails that can be started right from the apartment and there are many many more just short drive away. The private sauna is cherry on top.

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights whilst enjoying a ski holiday. Everything was perfect. The room was cozy, clean and spacious. The staff were warm, welcoming and helped woth everything we needed.

Very friendly place, facilities for skiers/snowboarders. The rooms and kitchen are very well equipped and clean. Spending some nice time at the gym and sauna is included in the price of your stay. Perfect for a holiday. I sincerely recommend it.

A fantastic stay in this very high quality accommodation with great views over the golf course and mountains. The train to the ski lifts is a very short walk away and runs every half an hour. Use of the train is included in the cost of lift passes (if you are wearing your ski gear!)
