The staff were all really nice, the facilities were clean and the room was maintained really well. The pools are amazing, the pool bar was a hit! Cocktails are so good and the fruit tingles will have you happier than ever. The restaurant Inkstone was really good, the food is yummy and they do take away. The rainforest walk was fabulous apart from all the spiders but it was great to see it left alone for nature to do it thing. The wildlife were really friendly and approachable. Buffet breakfast was amazing as you can have as much as you like with a good variety of food. Love the coffee bar on site and free refreshments everywhere. Towels were also free to use. The gym was small but clean and had new equipment with a range of dumbbells. The Observatory is beautiful and you can do yoga classes there. This was a home away from home.

Beautiful spacious apartment with a gorgeous view. Was perfect for our group of friends - each of the three couples got a lovely room. Full kitchen and laundry in the unit was a huge bonus. Made good use of the communal pool and bbq facilities as well. Great location, walking distance to the main town centre of Airlie Beach. Crystal at reception was so lovely 🙂

Loved our 3 night stay- staff are very friendly and the island is beautiful. Plenty to do on the island, we made the most of the snorkelling, kayaking and other activities. Also handy that the day cruises to Great Barrier, Whitehaven Beach etc do depart from Daydream Island.

Breakfast was fantastic. All facilities such as swimming pools, living reef, underwater observatory, local wildlife, and water activities were excellent. We had a very relaxing & enjoyable stay.

The fact we were on a tropical island! Weather dependant. Snorkelling in the living reef (not experienced at snorkelling) feeding the stingrays Call out to Chelsea and the lady who recommended we do stingray splash and snorkel (reef room) Spent quality time with teenage son in room watching movies (expensive netflix holiday, could have had at home) Ps movies at resort are free, we watched way too many on out holiday

Very capacious room, smelled clean and had everything you need for a short stay. Complimentary breakfast was good. The walks around the island are good with ample birdlife/wildlife and the living reef has plenty of fish life to keep you excited.

Location is outstanding, such a picturesque and calming place. Have stayed on Hamilton Island previously and Daydream is a lot more relaxed and quiet - perfect for relaxing. Resort and rooms were always clean and well maintained. Check-in process and tour desk team were great, super professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble which makes holiday life so much easier.

We loved the stunning views from the island, the wildlife and living reef. The restaurants and breakfast buffets were amazing with great options for littlies (our kid is nearly 3). The pools were fantastic especially with a swim up bar! There are loads of great activities, we would suggest staying longer than we were able to (2nights), to explore a bit more. Was a little nervous after reading so many negative reviews prior to our stay, but seriously are so impressed with the place and will be back! Loved our little holiday here.
