Enjoy the spa, thermal water at very convenient temperature, and not smelling. It softens your skin and cures a lot of diseases. Qualified professional staff for massage, Japanese or conventional, cosmetics. Impressive view to the mountains from lying in the whirlpool or swimming. No outdoor pool, but that is not a lacking point, you will not miss it, as the indoor pool is open to the terrace. Restaurant in-house, but in 10 minutes walking you find traditional restaurants of excellent quality and atmosphere. The rooms or apartments are modern and comfortable, either in the main building or in separate smaller houses of the resort. Dobrinishte is 8km from Bansko centre, has different and more rural character, and nice cablecar for hiking up in the mountains. To be repeated, for sure.

The hotel is clean, spacious room, indoor place for children to play is huge. All facilities are good. We enjoyed A LOT our stay with our 2 years old daughter. The restaurant can prepare you dinner with cost, but not expensive at all. Foods are super good. Both dinner and breakfast has a lot of options. Will definitely come there again!

Excellent stay at Four Points by Sheraton! The hotel is in perfect shape, new, comfortable, all facilities work and are maintained perfectly. Small,clean rooms,functional with all needed amenities. We enjoyed the wellness center, I especially loved the sauna with a view. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options. The lobby bar serves excellent cocktails, and the Christmas ambiance gives the hotel a special charm during winter. The staff were wonderful and helpful throughout our stay! Also the location is central so you could get anywhere by foot if the weather is okay :) I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back for a future stay!

A true 5-star hotel! (with a stamp) Without a doubt the best hotel in the area. Managed with care for every little detail, with a dedicated staff ready to help with anything. Clean and well-equipped rooms with mountain views, a varied spa and a breakfast that is one of the rarest you will find (recommend the legendary avocado toast). Since we are vegetarians, we enjoyed a varied evening menu at the hotel restaurant, I recommend the pastas and salads. The portions are large and the prices are definitely good. The hotel has another luxury restaurant next door, the ''Leonardo''. If you have a fireplace in your room, don't miss having it lit by the hotel, it's an unforgettable experience of the smell of good wood and amazing warmth in the room - for those who come during the snow season. Special thanks to the amazing hotel owner who takes care of every detail and runs the hotel professionally. Booking - please raise the hotel to 9.5, it deserves every star.

A spectacular location and we were able to ski directly to the door of the boot room. Huge choice at breakfast and laid out really nicely on the buffet, with the choice of breakfast served to you at the table. Rooms are lovely and spacious and the bathrooms were roomy too, with a separate shower and jacuzzi bath.

Absolutely loved the space, modern and good quality furnishings. Location was great, private parking was also a huge plus. Underfloor heating was so pleasant! Perfect cosy warm stay. With a huge TV for Netflix and chill after a hard day snowboarding. Looking forward to booking it again. Staff were very attentive and always willing to help and resolve any issues promptly.
