We were in Bulgaria in April, so before high-season. Therefore, at least we guess so, like in many other places in Bulgaria before, we were the only guests at Chalet Balkan. It was perfect for a one night standing to get rest and continue the trip. All clean, all necessary available... Check-in had to be delayed due to road traffic, even though no problems from host's side, we even communicated close to midnight Will return with any other ocassion. :)

A very bright, spacious and well-presented flat. It is situated in a very short walking distance to the city centre in a quiet area. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. We loved the self-check-in/check-out service. The host, who is very quick at responding to messages, provided us with very detailed instructions and pictures of where the property is located and how to find the car park. A perfect place to stay if visiting Gabrovo!
