Exceptional value for money in Switzerland Excellent communication re self check in. I was lucky enough to be given such a lovely room with a balcony and view of the castle. Excellent location , opposite station and a couple of minutes walk from the centre of town. Good sized room with a table and chairs and kettle so ideal if you fancy eating in your room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Welcoming to my dog. Breakfast was good quality and a decent selection. ( you can have breakfast on the terrace if you are with a dog). I only stayed one night to break up a journey to italy but would like to come back and stay for longer.

Staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was beautifully clean and the bed so comfy. Dinner was delicious as was breakfast. Location and public transport to the hotel was so easy. Definitely recommend

This hotel is very good, the personnel is super helpful. We stayed there one night and all our needs were met. Breakfast is very good. There is WiFi and large parking available. The only small thing is lack of small fridge in the room.

The facilities were exceptionally clean. It wasn’t a fancy room but fine as a base for our family of 4 in bunk beds :-) we enjoyed the experience as part of our tour of Switzerland so we only stayed 2 nights It was also very unique getting to see and speak to the nuns who were all very kind

The room was much better than we expected - it was clean, modern, well-equipped and spacious. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Hotel. The staff were approachable and friendly. Any questions we had were answered immediately. We would be more than happy to stay again when we're next in the area.

The location of the hotel is near to the train station, we reached Zermatt, Gspon and Chur while we left our car in the hotel parking with no fee. Our room was a huge apartment we could see the town every direction. I liked especially, that there is a window in the bathroom. Everything was clean and well prepared. The hosts are really friendly. The restaurant is exceptional, we stayed every night there on the terrace.

We stayed in the new building, just a few steps away from the main building. The room was beautiful, the beds super comfy. The feeling was more of a youth hostel, but our family room for 4 was spacious and very clean.

A lovely and welcoming place to stay. We arrived by bike, in the pouring rain, and the host couldn't have been more helpful. A place to store our bikes, a table for dinner, and going off-menu to make sure the vegan in the party was catered for. Rooms were comfortable, food was good, breakfast was substantial, and the host gave us some good route tips for our ride up the Simplon Pass.
