The hotel is very beautiful, with a warm and welcoming feel. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff at the hotel were also very kind and helpful, always ready to answer our questions , accomodate our requests and give us precious advice. The hotel is in the center of the city, so it was easy to reach many local attractions, restaurants, and shops. We could easily explore the area on foot or by subway and enjoy all that Lausanne has to offer. Overall, our stay at the Lausanne Palace was a wonderful experience. The beautiful hotel, spacious, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff, and perfect location made the trip very enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

Everything is new and in supreme condition. Staff helpful and friendly. We also made use of the free public transport option, and enjoyed the doscounted parking. Great and varied breakfast with all the usuals including pancakes, fruit and vegetables. Sound insulation was great for such a central location. We were sure we were more or less alone until we came down to breakfast to see there were a lot of other guests. A real hidden gem, would absolutely come here again.

Great location. Lovely views of the Lac Leman. Great host and good communication despite language barrier. Great having transport card to use for all local transport. Need to be aware that the bed fits wall to wall so need to climb into bed. Lovely stay. Good to have living space when staying for a week.

The room was totally white. I asked for extra pillows and the staff was kind to bring 2. Room was clean and the sound proofing was good too. I would stay again if I travel to this part of Switzerland for my holidays.

This is by far one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in! Located in a medieval building right in the historic center of the village, this hotel takes you back in time with its old classical interior design! The breakfast was quiet rich, the room was spacious and well-equipped! Overall, i highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to have an unforgettable experience visiting the LAVAUX Vineyards!

Ideally located in the heart of the charming village of Cully and very close (2min walk) to the lake. The director, Mr. Jean-Jacques Gauer, was charming and welcoming. The room was huge with a nice view to the lake and the bathroom was large too. We had the best night sleep. Wonderful stay.

I know this hotel from stays in the past, very comfortable to visit the Montreux Jazz by train from Cully. The bed was very comfortable, although facing the street, it was very quiet during the night. Breakfast can be taken at the sister hotel down by the lake, and if you happen to stay at the Auberge du Raisin on a great day, it is gorgeous to sit down at the lake for breakfast on a sunny, early morning!

The hotel was on the main road very close to Cully. The building as well as the rooms were modern and spacious. We were given the opportunity to have breakfast with a small fee but we did not stay for it. The restaurant attached to the hotel offers a quite variable option of dinner but we didn]t stay either as we wanted to explore Cully. The view from the terrace was amazing. The staff at the reception was friendly and very professional. The rooms were soundproof also.
