It had a balcony overlooking Lake Thun. Although close to a train line, that was not an issue at all. The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, although we didn't use. It had a fridge. The bus nearby was easy to catch, although it only came every hour (bus No. 60), which you could take to Interlaken West/Ost and Spiez.

Apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchenette was well equipped. Big, comfy bed. Small terrace overlooking railway lines and lake. Easy check in and out process. Others have noted noise from the railway, but we didn't find this an issue at all.

The best part of this stay was the location and views! Staying in Riggenberg gave us the added bonus of being in an extra serene area so close and accessible to interlaken OST and West which we loved. The host and his wife were super friendly and accommodating. The room itself was very clean and no issues to report at all. Brekfast was fresh and had everything we needed to start the day. The Swiss muesli was particularly good

The hotel is excellent! Super well located to go anywhere (Jungfraujoch, GoldenPass Panorama, Lauterbrunnen, etc) and you can see what it seems to be a famous location for paragliding. Also you are in a region with lots of restaurants. Excellent breakfast, excellent in terms of comfort and amenities in the room. I would recommend it to anyone!

Place was okay. Don’t expect much. There is a kitchen with minimum utensils. There is a lake behind the property and location is good if you have a car (we had) but parking is additional CHF 10 per night. There is a bus stop near by where you can get a bus direct to Interlaken centre but frequency reduced as it gets late in night. As there is a train line behind the house you will hear the noise every time train passes but will get used to it if stays for long. Flat on second floor without lift so might not be suitable for some people.

Tom’s hospitality was good. The house was facing the lake with good view n a good pizza restaurant just opposite Very easy to get to the accommodation from the train station as Tom gave us detailed information n house was really big n clean highly recommended 🥰

Dear Lukas and Filipa, My family enjoyed our stay at your apartment. It was super clean and equipped with all necessities. The apartment is quite spacious. Although the main building looks old and unmaintained, your apartment appears new and recently renovated with very good furniture. Thank you!

Had some problem with the self check in to begin with, but the staff helped out quickly so we got in without having to wait for too long. The room felt clean and it worked great for a one nights stay while travelling through Switzerland. The price is also very reasonable, compeared to others around interlaken. I also forgot my forgot, but the staff helped out and was able to locate it and send it to me afterwards. Very pleased with the help :)

Everything is amazing Tom was so friendly he welcomed us on the first day and show us around the house and the local special. Our stay were really equiped didnt expect towels. Kitchen equipment is complete!! I Genuinely Would Book Again!!

Perfect location to stay up to 4 people for visiting Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Interlaken. Apartment has everything you need for great vacation- all kitchen and bath utensils, nice balcony for breakfast. Swimming pool on territory, 2 minutes walk lake Thune with private beach. Super comfortable beds. We Absolutely liked the property.
