Everything. Very idyllic location with a great view on the lake Thun and the mountains. The appartment is very well equipped, cosy spacious (perfect for a family). The baby cot was made available. The access to the swimming pool and spa/saunas of the hotel next door is a huge plus. We liked it a lot.

Amazing view in every room of the house,especially the sunset, marvelous! Located at a quiet and beautiful town, facing Thun River. The house is well maintained, very clean, cooking facility is excellent,.Markus is so nice and he clearly explained every thing to us at check in date, he responded promptly to all inquiries during our stay. Amazing view, confortable and cosy. Everything is new, good quality furnishing. The kitchen is equipped with everything, it even had some cooking oil and salt/pepper, which is nice, when you cannot carry any kitchen stuff with you. The environment is quiet and relaxing.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Zeit & Traum, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I've stayed in hotels across nearly 40 countries, and this one easily ranks in my top three. While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service.
