La Frontera is a beautiful place to stay in Cochamó valley. It is situated on the river and walking distance from the start of the trail to La Junta. The place itself is cosy, comfortable and completely solar powered. Paula and Pavel were great hosts and generous with recommendations about the area. Breakfast and pizzas were delicious!

There is a beautiful view and the opportunity to kayak (go at high tide to avoid wading in the mudflats..). The house is cozy and has a great kitchen.
