A very fresh hotel in a very central location. Really cool ”designer-container” architecture. The price performance was really good. Comfortable beds, pillows, duvets and bathroom. A welcome drink was offered at the bar at the top of the hotel, we appreciated that.

15/10 Pedro is the best host I have ever met, he speaks good english. It's not only place to sleep, they can arrange for you all trips to Torres del Paine national park. Help with sim card, buying tickets to park online or any other thing. Highly recommend, bathroom is new after winter renovations and very clean. I hope to come back one day.

Couldn’t have been happier staying here to relax after hiking in Torres del Paine. The staff were lovely and so helpful, the place is spotless, the bed was super comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Also much quieter than other hostels at night. Highly recommend!

We loved staying in this apartment. It was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. We were able to cook and had our own space. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a 15-minute walk to the central area, but there were coffee shops nearby.

The staff's friendliness and attentiveness are beyond great; they pay attention to every little detail. Even the ladies who serve breakfast are incredibly friendly, genuinely interested in your trip and experiences, and very, very kind! The girls at reception were also wonderful. They helped me book a very special tour when I thought it wouldn't be possible, as I was trying to book just the day before. I always left at 6 a.m. to start my tours and daily activities, so I wasn't expecting to have breakfast at the hotel (which starts at 7). However, they immediately offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast for me every morning, which was just perfect for the kind of plans people typically make here. I would definitely stay here again! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed, a nice shower, and a well-appointed bathroom. The hotel also offers spacious and convenient free parking, the hotel is located just 1 km from the main city square.

May have been the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Very cosy with everything you need. Heating adjusts to whatever temperature you need. A sink, a microwave and kitchen utensils at your disposal. Good location right next to the bus station to go to the national park.

Friendly and warm-hearted accommodation in close walking distance from Puerto Natales bistro terminal. Ideal if you head for trips with early departure dates. Good-value-for money. Warm, clean and nice shower pressure (ideal after a long hiking trip). Basic breakfast included as well as a restaurant and bakery that offers additional food and drinks. If you book a second stay (e.g. prior and after the Torres del Peine national park) they offer free storage of of your luggage.

We were incredibly happy with our stay here and this place was exactly what we were looking for - a well run, boutique accommodation with caring, friendly staff and attention to detail throughout. Nice rooms and amenities, comfortable beds, good showers, a generous continental breakfast, luggage storage in case required, and an easy walk to restaurants and cafes around town. For those hiking, can either walk to the bus stop to Torres Del Paine (10-15 mins) or take an Uber. Very highly recommended - many thanks!

We had a great experience staying in this accommodation before starting our trek in the TdP park. The room looked super nice and everything was clean. They also prepared a take-away breakfast for us as we had to leave very early in the morning.

This is an excellent location for the many people that use PN as a stopping point before traveling to Torres Del Paine. It is s a short walk to the bus station, some nice (not fancy) restaurants nearby, a reasonable walk to the downtown area, and comfortable and quiet (basic, but fine) accommodations. We were permitted to store our stuff at the location while we were hiking the O trek for nine days. It was easy to work with staff despite our limited Spanish. It met our needs perfectly and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. d
