Getting to the place was well explained and host gave very precise instructions about picking up the keys. Apartment is well equipped with everything you can imagine. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is reserved parking space which is few meters from the entrance. Be advised, though, that apartment is on the last floor of the building without elevator; not a big deal if you have no problem with such a concept.

We spent a wonderful and very interesting night in the amazing Schiefes Haus in the Fisherman's Quarter of Ulm. The house dates back to 1443 and is known as the Leaning House and boy does it lean !! The history of the house is very intriguing, especially how it was saved from falling into the small river on which it was built !! Our room (Standard King) was really lovely with a mix of the old house and the modern renovations, which were done to preserve the building. It is absolutely fascinating. Both the hotel and our room were absolutely spotlessly clean, the staff were very pleasant and were hugely helpful, especially Karina, and the breakfast was just perfect. Our bed was very comfortable and we had an excellent sleep. The location of the hotel in the old fisherman's quarter was very cute. It was also within easy walking distance of everywhere in the city. The famous Ulm Minster cathedral was close by and we did manage to climb the huge steeple...!! There were lots of nice bars and good restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. We could not recommend a stay at this hotel more strongly.

Nicoleta and her husband are very accommodating, friendly people who really care about giving you the best stay ever, really nice! The location is absolutely perfect for accessing the Donau and/or Ulm city center with bikes and we were offered the use of the garage to store them overnight. The bed was comfortable, the little kitchen was perfect and the shower super … spacious for my husband and I. Wewould stay again and recommend the accommodations to others. It was really nice to meet you both as well as your girls and thanks again for everything. 🙏🥰

I was looking for a transit accommodation near the highway. It was a perfect choise. The only challenge is that no hotel staff available at site (no reception at all), so I had to do a preliminary check-in on internet. It was a bit complicated...

No breakfast, in fact this is an apart hotel, i.e. it has a kitchenette. Cooking is possible there, but the kitchenette is small. No cleaning was offered for the duration of my stay, which was 4 nights. When directing the shower head wrongly, water may flow beneath the slide door into the living area. Big windows point towards a green field, which is cozy. AC based temperature regulation worked flawlessly.

It has everything you need, and for a good value. We needed a place to stay overnight during a trip, arriving late and leaving very early; so it was perfect for us, using the digital checkin and PIN code at the door.

In general the place is good. It is interesting expierence to stay in self-service modul hotel, without central reception. It is probably the future way of hoteling business. The place more looks like motel, traveling, spending the bight and going further. It located in industrial zone, 10-14 minutes from the Ulm center. Who prefear classicla hotel, with service and breakfast this place is not an option. But there is opotunity to make breakfast and coffee by themselves, the small kitchen is in the room.
