The staff were very helpful and kind, the room had plenty of shelves for storage, the heating and wifi worked well, the extra pillow and coffee machine were great, and a big shopping center nearby was easy to reach on foot or by bus.

Location of the hotel is great, just in the middle of the historical part of the city, however quiet at the top floor. Beautiful and spacious room. We tried the spa facilities and the massage was amusing! Warm thanks to all staff who were very helpful , kind and attentive.

Stayed 2 nights for visiting christmas markets and hotel’s location was perfect. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. They gave us delicious pack of cookies special for christmas when we checked in. Room was comfortable. We loved everything.

A renovated historical building and a good quality boutique hotel. Central but quiet and peaceful location. The staff is friendly. We had a fast check-in and check-out. We stayed in a large room (prestige room) with two children aged 8 and 11. We liked the room decoration. The bed was super comfortable. We had a great sleep. We loved the breakfast. It is served in a room that can be considered small, but all the products are of good quality and very delicious. The hotel does not have a parking lot. However, there is a parking lot close to the hotel and they sent a detailed message to my phone about the location of the parking lot before our stay. Thanks to this information, we parked the car in the parking lot. We walked a short distance with our suitcases and easily found the hotel.

An excellent apartment in the city center but without any noise; complete silence. It's like you're out of town. Just a few minutes from the main subway stops, close to everything. The apartment is fabulous. Brand new. Comfortable and elegant; It has all the amenities you need, from a Nespresso coffee machine to kitchen utensils, microwave, great bathroom with heated towel rail, air conditioning, Android TV, security door, privacy. All in a very safe, brand-new place, decorated with great taste and elegance. LED lights, plugs everywhere, natural light, great bedding, great mattress and double pillows, everything superb. There is paid street parking, but there are also public parks nearby. You have a Leclerc on the street; on the corner a Carrefour express. What more can be said? Extremely clean apartment, fiber optic internet, entry via numeric code on a high security lock. The host is helpful and very friendly. For a stay in the center of Strasbourg, it's hard to find better!

The host provided us with Baby bed, even though in the description of the apt. it was mentioned that there is no baby bed. There was a nice parking space right next to the door. Apt. looks like the description and fit for a short stay. Close to the train station (10 minutes walk) and to a shopping center (5 minutes drive).

We were very happy with the accommodation and especially happy with the manager and front desk staff. We had arrived at breakfast over 30 minutes late and explained that we got the times wrong but were very hungry. The staff proceeded to bring out food from the kitchen and give us whatever was left including fresh bread and cheese. It was perfect and highly recommended, thank you!

Another B & B hotel which provided a good clean room for us to stay one night on our way home. Dog friendly, good parking and a choice of restaurants nearby. We opted for a takeout from Terra Pizza's, an innovative business from a couple's house a 10 odd minute walk away. Reception Lady was polite and informative at the hotel.
