It was perfect - exactly what me and my partner were looking for to get away for a while, we loved how the self catering aspect made it able to have cosy date nights in as that’s exactly the type of people me and my partner are, as well as being secluded and private despite being a few steps away from the centre of seahouses where we would go for a few drinks in the evening. We will go nowhere else in the future - we will be back 100%!

The cottage was well equipped and very cosy. The beds were extremely comfortable and the cottage is in a perfect location for Seahouses village and local amenities. The heating and other facilities were really easy to use making our stay very relaxed and there were lots of extras like kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets, handwash, air freshener etc.

Location was great, right next to the harbour and main St. We stayed in the bungalow which had views of the harbour. Lovely and clean unit, very comfy and had everything we needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing!

Lovely accommodation with lots of character and beautiful garden at the back. Mark was a great host, giving us helpful information about the local area and making sure we were comfortable. The addition of wine, hot chocolate, fruit juices and biscuits made this place stand out from any other. We would recommend Slate Hall to anyone and would love to stay again one day.
