Hotel is located in the city center and is very short distance to the beach. Extremely clean and cozy. Professional staff, taking care of guests on highest level. Good, standard breakfast with georgian accent. Rooms are well equipped, with service delivered daily. Nice view on city center from restaurant located on 8th floor. We really enjoyed our stay and that's the place you want to come back again. 🙂🇬🇪

Especially the front desk staff Lasha and Anri, their service is very good and they are very patient. Lasha is very handsome. It was a pleasant trip for me, and the breakfast was also delicious. First of all it was super clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had anything you might need. I would definitely recommend visiting the terrace on the roof. It's a bit far from the coast and centre (20 minutes walk), however Batumi is a small city and you can get anywhere by taxi (I would recommend bolt) for 3-6 GEL. Also, it's near the road so cars are too loud at night, however the same problem occures in most hotels in Batumi. You can keep the balcony closed and use air conditioning, this helps a lot. Best option in this price range.

They have a separate reception on the 40th floor, and the breakfast restaurant is also on the 40th floor of block A . The staff is excellent 💯 . Service is top notch and the room is exactly the same as it was shown in the photos . I loved the view from the 40th floor . Must visit ❤. 100% recommended.
