Super accommodating host. We arrived very late - after their check-in hours - and the host ensured that we were informed of where to pick-up our keys. The facilities are very spacious and had enough space for a family of five and our two large dogs that we travelled with. After a long day on the road, this was like an oasis for us. Friendly staff that we met the next morning. If you need a place for a short stay-over, we can definitely recommend this property.

We’ve stayed at this hotel before and returned because it is so good. The room was clean and well equipped. The staff were brilliant! A perfect location to explore the area or just to pass through. Breakfast was lovely- as previously. Great value for money. There is a super taverna about 300 meters down the road - very reasonably priced. We look forward to staying again.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at K Houses in Arta City. The location is serene, providing a peaceful stay while being conveniently close to the town's attractions. The accommodation was spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Perfect location, brand new fully renovated apartment. Good amenities for a few days, automated way to reach the apartment. Free Parking is really good for Arta. I would choose it again nevertheless in the future (I do come a lot, just crowded in my house there and needed to stay in another place with wife).
