The place was a gem! I never stayed in hostels before but after my stay in Seaesta I will def consider it as an option on my future trips. The atmosphere was absolutely friendly and chilling. Food/drinks/service 5 stars! Probably the best place to stay in Labuan Bajo.

Where do we start! This has been the biggest and best surprise of our trip to Indonesia. We booked a homestay, but we found a home. As soon as we arrived to DFlora we were greeted by Ellen and Arief who did so much for us from the very beginning… they opened their home for us and all the guests to enjoy and that meant everything from using all the facilities (kitchen, water, tea coffee, washing machine, every lounge in the house!) to all the extras you wouldn’t expect. Ellen noticed I had bad mosquito bites so got me some soothing oil… we walked out one day to the shop and it rained - while we were on the road walking we saw Arief on the motorbike rushing to bring us umbrellas! Their hospitality didn’t stop. They cooked and invited us to try their food, and baked us snacks in the day… the food is INCREDIBLE! And they even insisted they took us to the airport! We only planned to stay 2 nights… we extended to 5 nights. The beautiful puppy dogs, Hugo and Viola will also make your stay with their unlimited love and cuddles. The location is peaceful and beautiful with surrounding countryside and the house is spacious, clean and comfortable. It is without doubt the ONLY place to stay in Labuan Bajo and we miss it and them all dearly already! We WILL be back to visit :)

This hotel offers everything if you are not dependent on excessive luxury. The city center is easily accessible on foot. The staff are all super friendly and very helpful in organizing any request. They also all speak English extremely well compared to other accommodations we stayed in during our stay in Indonesia. In the evening the atmosphere is very homely and full of life - you can have a drink at the bar while someone sings on the guitar and children play together. Still the night's rest is respected. Highly recommended!!!

The host was exceptional! Very friendly and caters to our needs. There is no flaw in her work and she made us feel very comfortable. The accommodation was very clean and provided everything needed for our stay, including plenty of sunlight for the pool in the garden.

We have stayed here 3 times now, it’s different than most accommodations. There are free standing huts, on the side of a hill, with a lot of stairs, but don’t let them put you off. Meals are brought to your rooms, there is a small lovely pool over looking the ocean, and of course the staff are very friendly

Fantastic accommodation, we stayed overnight before our trip to Komodo national park but I wish we'd spent more time in this beautiful hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful and clean room, great location. Highly recommend. Also make sure you visit the Lighthouse café/restaurant on the rooftop, the food is very good and the view amazing.

The villa was a really nice place to stay. We had a few issues on the first day, but they were promptly fixed by the staff. The staff also cooked breakfast for us every day and had cleaning services available every day. They have taxi facilities available and have contacts to arrange day trips to keep your holiday super fun. Overall, this was a great place for a family vacation.

We had a lovely time at Getrudis. The staff were super accommodating and welcoming, especially Imelda! It’s slightly further out than other accommodations but only a short scooter ride away. The rooms were very clean with good amenities and for a great price.
