I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Crown Pegasus during my visit to Shillong, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! First and foremost, the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. The attention to detail in maintaining a spotless environment made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The proximity to the main market was a huge convenience, allowing me to explore the heart of Shillong effortlessly. The hospitality at Hotel Crown Pegasus truly sets it apart. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, providing a warm reception that included a variety of welcome foods and drinks. What a fantastic way to start my stay! Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a Shillong souvenir, a thoughtful gesture that added a personal touch to my visit. Despite the ongoing renovations, the hotel managed to ensure a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. While some areas were undergoing improvements, it did not significantly impact the overall positive experience. The prices were reasonable, offering great value for the quality of service and amenities provided.

It's a very clean, friendly homestay with beautiful decor, good facilities and a quiet location in a nice part of the town. The hosts, Bobby and Esther, are very kind and make sure you have what you need. And I was super happy to find a kettle and snacks provided in the room! Bobby was also kind enough to arrange a good English speaking driver to show me some of the beauty of Meghalaya.
