We had an excellent stay at CHD Rooms! The room was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect: within walking distance to many attractions, cafes, and restaurants. The owner was incredibly polite and helpful, assisting with a late check-in, which we really appreciated. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Very easy access to the building. Everything is very good explained. They were flexible with the check in. times . The room looked fantastic, very spacious and clean. There is a nice little kitchen if you want to cook yourself but you should rather enjoy their restaurant which has great food . The staff is exceptional, really nice and helpful. Very well organized check-in process and a lovely host who was very helpful and polite, and responded to our phone call when we were lost. Big and comfortable room for two people, very clean and spotless, modern bathroom, walls were decently sound proof, and lots of extra pillows, comforters, snacks. Location is a short walk to the historic centre. Pretty good options for street parking in the surrounding streets. Breakfast is self serve (coffee was delicious, breakfast snacks were only okay but it's not a dealbreaker). It's located on the ground floor which is a helpful tip for elders / seniors.

We got stranded in Ancona after a ferry delay and booked a room last minute and quite late. Marika welcomed us warmly and we felt home right away. The location is beautiful: amazing garden, a beautiful house with spacious rooms and big areas to hang out. Next time we’ll bring our family and friends!
