We booked it for the view, and the view exceeded our expectations! Although small, the room was very comfortable and the bathroom was outstanding! The location was perfect, just a few meters from the ferry and close to lovely restaurants.

this apartments had the best view of lake, while arriving the nicest person Sheryl contacted us to make check in, i was scared that i had to go in another place to check in as comments said but no, Sheryl helped us in everything! not only in accommodating comfortably, but she gave us detailed information and tips for perfect trip. rooms were huge! kitchen and bedroom huge! some rooms are with big gardens everything that you’ll need. location amazing, near bus station, market, bar and 2 minute walk from ferry station, 10 minute walk from Tremezzo. great experience totally recommended!

The accommodation is a very beautiful house renovated with great care, featuring several apartments located slightly above the tourist center. The location is about 20 minutes on foot from the lake promenade, but situated very quietly. You cannot drive directly to the accommodation, which makes it all the more peaceful as there is no traffic noise. Several public parking spaces are at most 5 minutes away on foot. The accommodation has a beautiful courtyard where you can sit with friends in the evening and enjoy one of the good wines offered by the bistro. In the bistro itself, you can also enjoy small snacks and very good espresso during the day. The breakfast is put together with great care and many organic products and homemade cakes are offered. The Passer team around the owner Alessandro is extremely helpful and has many tips for excursions and restaurants. We had a very nice stay and will definitely come back!

Location was great, is near to Train station going to Menaggion and also Lierna Boat station to go to Bellagio and Menaggio. Room was super clean and felt myself as in my home. Bathroom is big enough and very clean. Breakfast was fabulous. We would recommend. The owners Giuseppe and Antonella are very friendly and helpful. After check out we Ieft our bags in the hotel for comfortable walk and came back to take it 5-6 PM. I really appreciate.

What an amazing guesthouse. Stefania did their best to make the best stay as possible. She arranged a boat for us while al the boats were out-rented. She is really friendly! Upon reaching there was no parking space, so she offered to move her car for us. The property is really state of the art and new. Everything is really well renovated en works really well and clean. The restaurant besides it was really good as well!

Absolutely amazing location, very close to station, amazing bakery next door as well as a well stocked supermarket, also it's close to a beautiful waterfall. This apartment really felt like home. The property was very clean, with a spectacular view from the garden and close to the city center. Giles was very nice, he helped us to check-in earlier (we were in a hurry because of an appointment and we needed to dress up). Unusually for Como lake, it was very hot the days we here there and Giles brought us a second ventilator without asking. Also, the communication was very good on WhatsApp, he responded very quickly, and sent us tips with restaurants and supermarkets close to the apartment. I will recommend the apartment to my friends! Thank you for your hospitality!
