Great location 2 mins to station on foot and 5 mins to centre. Check in v easy but you need a smartphone!!. Room big and clean, we had a balcony to the back which was nice. Coffee and tea/ microwave facilities in communal area which is useful, also fridge. Good wifi strength. Good value for money! You can leave your luggage and get discounted breakfast at cosy cafe just down the road.

I was here for a whole month and I really loved the room. The bathroom was big and the room was big enough and was very comfortable with a cute view of the mountains in the distance. It was decorated really nice and felt like a home. There was a coffee maker, fridge and a tv. The room and bathroom was also very very clean. Because I was there for a whole month they cleaned and redid the rooms once a week which was perfect for me. The host was super nice and made sure I was comfortable and safe and had everything I needed and was always available when I needed her. The location is perfect, it is very very close to the centre and is in walking distance from a lot of restaurants and the supermarket.

The room and the place are brand new and beautifully renovated. The hosts are kind and helpful and keep the house clean and in order. During the day I was out to visit different places in the region. If you are without car ask the hosts to sent you the schedule of the bus. Buy tickets from the bus tickets center near to the train station. Consider the fact that if you buy tickets from the busdriver you have to pay 2.50 instead of 1.50. I spent a great time in this place and for sure will visit it again.

Great place to stay. It has all the amenities for your stay. Every time we have stayed, the room has been very clean with comfortable beds. The place is quiet and peaceful with a kind and responsive host. Check-in with the smart keys is very convenient if you arrive late at night. Nearby there is a car park, a pizzeria, a cafe, a supermarket. We will definitely go back there again!

Perfect apartment, extremely well equipped, very clean. In the middle of the city center, a short walk to shops and the train station. Our host was very kind, helped with everything, for example finding parking, which is not always easy as a foreigner. We would go back anytime.

The apartment was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! If you are looking for an apartment close to Florence, but not exactly there, book this option ASAP. The building and apartment are gorgeous. It feels like you are a prince from Medieval Ages. We stayed there just for a night, the place is 10 min by the Pistoia station (30 min and 5 eu to Florence), and is surrounded by restaurants, bakeries, and stores with local veggies, fruites, and meat. Inside, you will find an absolutely fantastic flat, with windows on the cathedral and the streets. It has AC, and everything is needed for cooking. We stayed as 3 people, but the place is enough for 4-5. We had everything needed. The host has responded fastly, it was quite easy to navigate and find the place, and get the keys. The place is once again, clean, ancient and renovated at the same time. I wish this place stays low-key so we can return again. Thank you!!!
