The property is set in the countryside and is so peaceful and quiet. The cottage is exceptionally clean and tidy and decorated beautifully. Peppe was very welcoming and helpful and even went out of his way to get us some dairy free milk for breakfast. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others as it is absolutely beautiful. It’s just a shame we could only stay one night.

We liked everything about the experience. Patrizio is a great communicator and a lovely guy. Access to the apartment was trouble free. There is a supermarket a few hundred metres away The apartment was clean and well maintained and equipped with everything we needed including a washing machine and drying facilities.

Very friendly owner: he brought mineral water for us. There were enough coffee capsules for the coffee machine, some chips, brioches- enough for breakfast the next morning. The apartment was perfectly cleaned. Perfect on the Via Francigena!
