I liked literally everything. The staff was extra polite, optional kaiseki and breakfast were exceptional meals, and I'd really recommend going for it. View was excellent, as were amenities like craft beers in the suite, and different kinds of sweets. And the best part is bath, or baths, to be exact. Taking the hot spring bath in open air in the breezy night is kind of a lifechanging experience

The food offered for dinner and breakfast were outstanding. The staff, with their limited English, managed to make the stay exceptional and always went the extra step to make me feel comfortable even though communication from my end was shaky!!
