Location is great especially when we have an early flight. The hotel provide free shuttle to Kansai airport and the ride is only 15-20 mins. Also, the premium outlet is just 15 mins walk from the hotel and there are 2 Lawson nearby ,,, excellent !

I was very impressed with excellent service, positive stuff and tastiest rich breakfast!!! They gave me room higher business category for free!!! It was some complimentary tea, coffee and very good cosmetics in room. And they help me with DHL Delivery of my JR-pass documents for foreigners. Thank you so much!!! I think this hotel is much higher category that they represent themselves. I will stay here on my next trip to Japan 1000%! 🥰👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Tsubaki is very friendly, helpful & quick to respond. She even picked us up from Kansai 2 trips (6 of us with many luggages), even though we only stayed for a night. She speaks Chinese, which was a plus for us. The house is modern,tidy,spacious, super clean,very close to Kansai airport (10 mins by train). Walking distance to the nearest train station is 10 mins. The kids said the beds were very comfy. My hubby & I slept on the tatami. The beds were so comfy too. All amenities worked well & we got what we looked for to stay. So glad we chose her place.

Really nice place close to the airport Kansai. Big and clean house where you can cook, wash you laundry, get some rest,... The beds are really comfortable, the best I slept in Osaka. The area is really peaceful, quite close shops and restaurants. Is self check in and check out but you get all informations quickly from host in application (I used booking contact). Reccomend this accommodation and the host. If I come back will try to get this place again.
