The best part of staying in this budget hotel is the exceptional breakfast buffet with a great variety of Japanese homemade dishes. It’s within a 10-min walk from the JR station. The public bath is open until late night.

The location was close to the train station and the Akita dog museum. I only stayed overnight so I missed the chance to see Akita dogs, which I was looking forward to. We arrived late but the warm reception with a complimentary ramen, which is only availble from 7-9 pm, was a delight. The hotel is old but well maintained. The toilet and bath was newly renovated and very clean. The bed was comfortable and conducive to a good night sleep.

- hotel staff were so friendly
- called us a taxi when needed and held our bags during check out so we could explore more.
- the room was so spacious and the bed was so big.
- our stay was very comfortable and it allowed us to relax during our stay at Akita
- Access to great restaurants nearby
- great tv service - able to cast to TV
- they had a public bath at the hotel
- Lawson right across the street if needed.

I stayed here as I needed a place to sleep while cycling in the area. The hotel is pretty standard with other Route Inn hotels around Japan with a public bath facility and business hotel sized rooms.

Very close to the station and easy walk into the center of town. We have stayed many times when we visit our friends and keep coming forr the convienience. The breakfast is good.
