I didn't stay at the this hotel as I didn't want a room on a high floor. The staff went above and beyond to take me to another wonderful onsen hotel near by They were incredibly kind, helpful and friendly and ensured I had a wonderful experience staying in the area. Thank you so much🙏💕

We stayed in Winter during the snowy season (a lot of snow!). The staff was amazing and the rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed the bath but the external bath was not accessible, still a nice experience. The staff even prepared us a free meal according to our dietary preferences (tasty fish), and offered us fireworks, boots and toys for our kid to play in the snow.
