My wife was here to rest for the night after landing from her 26 hour trip. She had a great stay and the staff was very professional and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were great, the room was fantastic and she got the ironing board and clothing iron that she requested. They answered all her queries and the shuttle was very quick and polite. Overall, a splendid stay!

I booked this hotel for a one-night stay after our flight was canceled and our journey home was delayed until the next day. I chose the hotel because of its location in a safe area with good shopping options. We had a spacious suite with a kitchen, and it was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast was really good. We also had lunch at the hotel restaurant, which was good and reasonably priced. My kids had a quick swim in the pool, even though the weather wasn’t great, but it was a nice pool. The staff were very helpful, especially when it came to making sure we could get safely to the airport, as the city was shut down due to protests. I can definitely recommend this place.

The property was amazing as was the host Bonnie. The place was spotless and in a very good location. He welcomed us personally even though we came late and was very helpful. There are also many amenities close by. Airport access is very convenient to both Wilson (15 min) and Jomo Kenyatta (30 min). Very stylishly designed and easy check in. Drexel House was very welcoming and its location in Karen is great - an oasis of calm in a busy city. As soon as you enter the gates, the noise of the city seems far away, and you feel relaxed and peaceful. The gardens are wonderful and we enjoyed sitting outside for breakfast. The breakfast options were great, and the team was very helpful in preparing snacks for us when we arrived late at night. Jeremy is super helpful, proactive and friendly, and made our stay very comfortable. We left a personal item behind in our room, and he was very solicitous in helping us retrieve it. We will definitely come back when we are next in Nairobi.
