In the center of Malbun, ski in - ski out, very close to lifts and restaurants a very cozy bed & breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Parking lot in front and nice views from rooms. Breakfast was delicious, very fresh croissants, fresh juice and lots of options. Everyone was very helpful during our stay. Thanks for everything, looking forward to visit Hotel Falknerei Galina again next year. As a bonus you can also see several kinds of birds nests next to the hotel.

Great place! The room was spacious and clean. The people are very friendly. We had to catch the Bernina express train early in the morning and it was very nice of them to provide us the breakfast bag before we leave! The kitchen is also very useful.

The bus stops almost outside the door. I was advised that Reception closes from 2.30 to 5pm, but was welcomed and able to check in at 12 noon, which was really nice. No elevator, but staff willingly carried my bag upstairs. The restaurant was very popular (and fully booked) but one could eat the same meal at the bar. Staff were generous with advice and time. And, at breakfast, I got real tea (leaf tea) - the first time in 7 weeks of travel!

Did not see anybody just given a code. The apartment was great. Due to not seeing anybody we did not find out until too late that we could have free bus travel as we were paying the tourist tax. Otherwise everything was great

The staff were very friendly and helpful making it a very pleasant stay. The apartment we had was very comfortable and clean with room servicing daily. Breakfast was good too.

We had a good stay here. The hotel is right by the cable car and the bus stop for it. It is a bit of an uphill walk into the village, but just a few minutes. The room was very good and the breakfast was excellent. We took the half board deal which was excellent value. The food was copious and nicely presented but the standard was a bit variable. There was excellent summer walking, one walk starting at the hotel. The facilities for young children looked excellent.

Wonderful staff and delicious dinner and breakfast. Our waitress, Eva, was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and it was such a nice touch to offer fresh fruit and complimentary robes during our stay. My wife accidentally left a necklace in our room and they contacted us immediately after we left to return it to us. We would love to make a return visit and would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Jufa Hotel Malbun. We stayed in the family room which was very spacious. The location is amazing with great walks just at your door step. We walked up to the lift station to then walk along the Swing Trail which consisted of 10 different swings along a 5.5km walking path. It's a great activity for the entire family. The breakfast was plentiful and of high quality. The staff were really attentive. We really had an excellent time staying at the Jufa Hotel Malbun.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant, although expensive, was good. We enjoyed the pool. The kid's area looked nice, although we didn't make use of it, it's a great plus for longer stays.

The room was beautiful and the staff were really friendly. We used the swimming pool and spa facilities and had a very relaxing stay. Ate in the hotel restaurant in the evening and had a really high quality meal, it was excellent.
