We had a lovely stay at Sam's, he was extremely lovely and his beautiful daughters were very helpful and warm. The room was spacious, all the surfaces were sparkling and the terrace was magnificient with a view over the beach which is at your doorstep. Sam prepared rich and yummy breakfast during our stay and it was different everyday :) The neighbourhood feels very safe and you have the vibe that the locals look after you Would like to come again for sure. If you wanna go to Hiriketya which I highly recommend, you can walk for 7 min from the room to the main street and you will find the famous Sri lankan buses that can take you there. For other destinations, you can take a tuktuk to Matara's bus stand (15 min) where many buses can take you in no time. We took the bus from Matara to Galle, Mirissa and even Ella.

We had an amazing stay at the villa! I booked two deluxe rooms and one double room for my girlfriend’s birthday, and everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and made us feel completely at home. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was beautiful — calm and relaxing, just what we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and memorable stay!

Property is awesome and helpful staff room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is tasty come together with fresh fruits. Dinner also Excellent. The villa silence at night and i have peaceful sleep. Beautiful and grennery garden where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. A large bedroom with AC a good bathroom. Kitchen. Dining room. Blacony. They also have 2 bikes free of charge. You have 2 minutes to the supermarket 7 minutes waliking to the Talalla Beach. Feels just like home super comfortable! Absolutely recommended..#The Villa provide sri lankan traditional rice&curry reasonable price also provide a tuk tuk service at a reasonable price run by our caretaker#

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It’s beautifully equipped with excellent amenities, including a lovely pool, a relaxing outdoor area, and a charming dining spot. It is located just steps away from Talalla Beach, a serene and uncrowded beach that felt refreshingly quiet compared to more touristy spots. This was hands down the best place we stayed in Sri Lanka during our 10 day trip around the island. THE most stunning location. Wonderful hosts, who have the perfect balance of friendly and attentive but leaving us space. We ate an evening meal cooked at the property and it really was beyond our expectations. Breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. I really wish we could've stayed for a few nights. Actually I really wish I could just live there forever! - paradise :)

We had a lovely room overlooking the small garden and long beach. A great position. The beach was ideal for walking and the surf perfect for beginners upwards. The breakfast was terrific , the staff super friendly and facilities on point.
