Saman is the perfect host. He speaks brilliant English and his attention to detail is exceptional. The ambience at the chalet is calm and peaceful, in an exotic garden with open views to the bird sanctuary and Taragala Rock, which is a 10 minute walk away and perfect for watching the sun go down with no sounds except for birds and the sea. The chalet was tastefully furnished and decorated and spotlessly clean.

We had the most amazing and peaceful vacation ever! Do not mentioned the location and our private host/Chef Lester, who is beyond expectation. Way beyond! The garden is wonderful and relaxing - and so breathtakingly beautiful. We had excellent dinners served and cooked by Lester, I believe we had better then any restaurant there! Do not mentioned about the best private pool ever and nice bay around the property. Cannot wait to go back! The location itself is indeed silent and peaceful, apprx. 3 hours driving form the airport if Colombo. The airport shuttle is available - if you need it. if you are looking for tourist place/restaurant/citylife/etc.. probably it's not your location. If you want/need to spend some time in the Paradise, and make your head empty than this is the perfect choice.

The room is nice & located in a very beautiful peaceful garden, which leads to the swimming pool & restaurant & finally to a gorgeous isolated beach. The staff is really friendly, helpful & give an excellent service, same for manager. Good spa & massage facilities & free yoga classes. The end of the stay is made very special by a romantic dinner, right on the beach, with candle light & in our case even full moon !

Very close to a wonderful beach - it is the most beautiful beach in Sri Lanka - You can watch turtles nearby. The owners are very, very nice and helpful. Everything. Super clean, comfy and spacious room! Owner is friendly and helps out in everything. He's the best! He took us to a closeby place where turtles hatch. Had no luck with baby turtles due to the bad weather...but guess what?? We saw a big turtle laying its eggs. Beautiful nature♥️ breakfast was superb too! Owner varied it and gave us a taste of great SriLankan food. Ended up spending an extra night there, even though it's during the rainy season!

Lovely relaxing stay! Nestled between a slightly more wild beach on the right and on the left, a little fishing harbour and a more gentle bay. The bay right by the harbour was a few minutes walk away and was good for swimming. The pool is really stunning. The house is set back in the palm tree gardens and is very comfortable with air con etc. The caretaker was most helpful and the hosts very responsive.

We stayed two nights at Endlessblue Resort and enjoyed every minute. The bed was huge and by far the most comfortable we had during our whole time in Sri Lanka (the mattresses are importet from Germany). Breakfast and the food at the restaurant in general were amazing and all the staff was very nice and attentive. Thimal, the owner, worked for 32 years in tourism in Germany and it really shows when staying at his place.

Taragala is such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay overlooking the bird reserve. So many wonderful birds in the garden - I could spend all day watching them from the veranda or many tranquil spots round the garden. Saman was a very attentive and kind host. Food was delicious. Didn't want to leave such a special place.

We had such an amazing stay at Taragala chalets. Saman was a very helpful and attentive host. It is right next to the bird sanctuary so the garden is filled with so many beautiful birds. Food was lovely too. Would definitely recommend to all bird lovers!

Excellent.....I can’t say a bad word about our stay with Saman at Taragala place. Superb..... We throughly enjoyed our stay. The view was excellent and lots of birds and wild life to observe as you can see the bird sanctuary 30 meters away. Ideal place for bird observing and photography. Very calm and natural friendly atmosphere..... Cabana that were nicely kept and cleaned and feel like you are in your own house. Thanks so much Taragala place.. We hope to come back and visit again soon!
