We had a great time at the Cube accommodation! We arrived around 9 pm and the host made us a great dinner. In the morning, we were greeted with a delicious breakfast on the terrace with a view of the forest and the pool. The rooms are large and clean, modernly decorated. Since it was a holiday and we had problems finding transportation, the host offered to drive us wherever we needed, first to Pinnawala, the elephant orphanage, and then to Sigiriya, which is almost a 3-hour drive away.

Despite a bit small, the room is well equiped with air-con, TV, hot water shower. The hotel is affiliated with a bigger hotel therefore breakfast (which is the best buffet breakfast i had in sri lanka) was at the other hotel with a free tuk tuk or short walk via beautiful village. Elephant viewing even swimming pool is also available at the other hotel. The contact person Andrew is such a nice gentleman that he arranged everything perfectly. The host family is also very friendly that they tried their best to entertain my 3-year old son and he really likes them.

This boutique hotel has an amazing history, it used to be a private residence 100 years ago. Most of the flooring tiles are original, the place has been beautifully restored, the rooms are incredible and very cozy, their beds are comfortable. I don't want to give away the story behind the beauty of this building but do stay there and ask them for a little tour around. It's absolutely fantastic.

Easily the best place we have stayed during our time in Sri Lanka . From the moment we arrived , everything was absolutely perfect . The Villa is set in an idyllic location surrounded by incredible scenery and the rooms are incredibly well appointed and spotlessly clean. The Pool area is immaculate and is a setting like no other . The location is also ideal if you’re heading to Pinawala Elephant orphanage as it’s just 5 min away by tuk-tuk. Additionally , the food here is some of yhr best we’ve had, served professionally and with care and every meal was delicious . We already can’t wait to return next year! .

The perfect pit stop. We are an English family, children 18 16 14. We stayed one night to break our journey back to Colombo airport. The hosting was exceptional . A very spacious and well maintained house. Very well looked after - nothing too much. Delicious fruit from the garden. Very clean, comfortable and large rooms.

Stayed only for two nights, arrived some what late in the evening, The room was very clean, A/C was good, the breakfast was good as well. The owner was very helpful, and friendly. He arranged a vehicle for us to get to the wedding in the morning free of charge. There are a few eating places nearby though we did not have to use them.

The bedroom was so beautiful, the comfiest bed, and the out door space was perfect for yoga in the morning. The owner has a garden full of fruits and herbs, he gave us a greta tour of the property. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in Sri Lanka. The owner also has a great shop, I bought a pair of super comfortable trousers, it was an unforgettable stay.

beautiful garden and the owner wears the heart on the right place. First thing after arriving was trying a lot of fruits from the garden. Owner gives good Information and helps whenever he can. limited wlan. Nice rooms and beds. Thanks for the stay.
