Reihan and Claire took exceptional care of us from the get-go till the farewell. The property just screams privacy and luxury and so does the mentality of their staff. Reihan greeted us personally and also led the two safaris in his capacity as the head ranger. Could not recommend it more to anyone who hasn't experienced it. Block 5 in terms of the area for our safari felt kinda small in a good sense and we spotted a wide range of wildlife from crocodiles and elephants to leopards, mongooses, land monitors and birds. The food was delicious and rest assured there was plenty of it. Since we signed up for the all-inclusive package, we were pampered 24/7. The three-course meals were both absolutely yummy and generously sized. The cocktail were as delicious as potent. Unfortunately, we had only booked one night, but we'll sign up for 2 or 3 nights when we come back to appreciate the experience even more.

It's like Heaven on earth. Hidden gem between a rice field. Beautiful garden. Tasty food and enough. Perfect clean and comfortable room with sri lanka esprit. You can buy a spice from the spicy farm. Everything was perfect.

First of all, this is not an accommodation, it's an experience. The tents are equipped with everything you need, the beds are super-comfy. Although we were prepared for a noisy night, given the fact that you are in the wild, it was surprisingly calm. The dinner and breakfast were very good and in the evening we had a lovely camp fire. We took the safari organized by the Camp Leopard Team, the afternoon one, and our guides were the best. With their knowledge we were able to see the leopard in all its splendor and all the other beautiful animals in the Yala Park. So if you are looking for something different and an amazing safari experience, search no more.

Kynrock Hotels & Resorts in Katharagama has captured our hearts! The food was absolutely divine - we couldn't get enough of the delicious meals! But what truly made our stay special was the staff's warm hospitality. They made us feel like family, not just guests. And the location? Perfect! Close to Yala National Park, they even helped us arrange an unforgettable safari experience. We also loved lounging by the swimming pool, a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. I had the pleasure of staying at Farm Villa Resort in Katharagama for two nights, and it was a wonderful and memorable experience from start to finish! 🌿 From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and heartfelt. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. Special mention to the front office team – truly a gem in hospitality! The room was spacious, the bathroom was very big, and the overall comfort . The clean and inviting swimming pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the serene atmosphere. What makes Farm Villa Resort truly special is its beautiful location surrounded by nature. The resort is set amidst lush paddy fields, and there's a charming little lake flowing through the property, creating a peaceful, scenic environment ideal for rest and reflection. I enjoyed walking through the paddy fields, listening to the birds in the mornings, and even got to pick fresh fruits from the garden! 🍌🌾 It's also conveniently located – just a short walk to the sacred Kirivehera and Katharagama Dewalaya, making it perfect for both pilgrims and nature lovers.One of the biggest highlights was the full-day Yala Safari arranged by the hotel – an absolutely amazing adventure! 🐘🦁 We saw incredible wildlife, and everything was perfectly organized with a knowledgeable guide.The food was another standout. The traditional Sri Lankan dinner was flavorful and authentic, clearly made with care and love. The breakfast offered plenty of variety, and every meal was beautifully presented. The dining team was attentive and courteous, adding to the overall great experience.In summary, Farm Villa Resort offers far more than just a place to stay – it's a place to connect with nature, enjoy delicious food, and experience genuine Sri Lankan hospitality. The room is fantastic. The food is fantastic. Gabriel is a wonderful host. We were lucky to meet him and the whole family and he made us feel at home right away. If you want to see Yala National Park, The Den at Yala is the place to stay: very close to the park and high standard quality. I will definitely recommend to stay there.
