I loved everything about Halketha. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality from Chitra, Mary and Nelumi. We were taken to our villa across a beautiful landscaped garden that also stays true to its love for the natural environment. The villa itself was perfection - perfectly decorated, clean, homely but also provided you with a sense that you were in luxury. The outdoor bathroom was a cherry on top, with a beautiful araliya tree in the middle. During our stay, we were not only treated close to family, but the quality of service was nothing like I had seen in Sri Lanka for a long time. The food was authentically Sri Lankan, with a rich yet classic taste. The property is close to mini waterfalls and great walks. This is a stay I will keep coming back to. A reminder that authentic and wholesome experiences still exist in Sri Lanka.

The Staff of Ellankanda Villa made our stay so very pleasent. The food was excellent(!) and we always felt very cared about. Rooms are very clean and you can tell that there is a sense of detail, which give the place its charme. It is a quite place, but you can nicely explore the area by yourself (or in our case we were even gives a small tour by the Staff - thank you again!). Absolut recommendation if you want to spend some quite days in a great place.

Very good standard. Manager and staff are doing everything to make You feel good. Place is super clean. We are traveling a lot and i think one of the cleanest and well designed places we were. Bed is confortable. Furnitures made from wood in high quality and design. Bathroom is outstanding as on the photo. Very romanic lights, waterfall. There is a net on the roof so no mosqitos. Free tuk tuk to the beach. Quiet and calm place.

We stayed 4 night in this villa and our stay was more than fantastic!!! The host Shameera is such a great and wonderful guy. The villa is located in a very green garden with a lot of space around the building. You can sit on the veranda and look for hours only in the garden and you will see real nature with different flowers, trees, animals etc. It was so relaxing!! :-) The breakfast is served by the host every morning on the veranda outside and it contains day by day different local specialties with a wonderful taste. Also his hints, what to to in the surroundings and possible activities are great and useful. Thank you once again for hosting us in your small escape from normal life, Shameera. Plus: - will meet and conduct at any time of the day or night, as well as help with the transfer to the hotel from the airport and to other places - operational communication on WA - the rooms are clean, cleaning every day (there is no need to ask to clean the room, unlike other hotels) - there are few animals in the hotel and in the room, there were only geckoes - good and tasty breakfasts. There is a small menu of dishes for dinner. - In fact, the first line (the hotel has 2 plots separated by a narrow road), you can safely swim on your own lounger without worrying about the left things. You will most likely be alone in the ocean, the place is not crowded. - The whole territory is clean and pleasant, the pool is also clean. - Pleasant price - Sanja and your team are doing a very good job!

We loved our stay at Cinnamon Bentota Beach, it is wonderfully located next to a beautiful beach, where you can try different water sports and within walking distance from the city center. The pools were excellent and the room was big and well maintained. Everybody in the staff was lovely and always ready to help.
