This was our favourite stay in a month of Sri Lanka! The room was perfect and looked brand new, Nice and big with a fan and amazing AC. Good location off a quiet road away from the busy main streets so always slept well. Breakfast was always amazing, loved the Dahl and pancakes - brought to your table outside your room each morning. Family were amazing and super helpful - helped us sort out scooter rental for a good price straight away and sorted out somebody to do our laundry for us during our stay.

The host just started recently her business, but it is worth trying it. It is a simple and budget accommodation. It convinces by the caring host, location and calmness. The location is great. It is a 13 min Walk to the beach, passing calm streets without traffic. The surroundings are very calm. The place itself has everything you need or tell her and she will change it ;) everything was very clean :)

I liked absolutely everything,the owners are lovely they are always there for you if you need anything, the location was very good 5 minutes walking from, the beach there is a short cut that bring you to the way of the beach and the room was simple and cute with everything you need. Very quite and really good breakfast. I'll definitely go back if I'm in SriLanka again! Recommended

I had the pleasure of staying at this brand-new hotel and it was absolutely wonderful! The entire place is beautifully designed, everything is new, high-quality, and tastefully furnished. You can tell that a lot of care went into every detail, and it creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owner and staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Possibly the best accommodation in Hiriketiya. Brand new, private and so much space - and central without being directly in the action so no need to worry about noise. The host is absolutely lovely and super helpful and responsive - he arranged various taxis and rentals on our behalf. Honestly would be shocked if you found a better accommodation. And the AC and hot showers were just what we needed for a longer stay here in Hiri! Thank you!

My stay at "Painkiller Hiriketiya" was absolutely perfect. The newly renovated room is in an amazing location, right in the center, close to the bus stand and to all the restaurants and just 6 minute walk to the main beach. The room was impeccably clean, smelled fresh and had everything I needed. The air conditioning was a game changer and it's rare to find such a spotless accomodations. The host was fantastc, providing a delicious breakfast and always being avaible to assist with anything I needed. Higly recommed!

We stayed for 5 nights , it was our favorite accommodation in sri lanka. Pradeep and his staff were fantastic, super attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.....even got some sri lanka cooking tips. Definitely recommended. Everything was emaculate, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. The location could not be better, walking distance from lovely restaurants, beach, shops. 100%recommend Kaas Villas .
