A Hidden Gem — Our Best Stay in Sri Lanka! Coldagh Manor by Seven Angels was honestly one of the best hotel experiences of our lives. This beautifully restored old tea manor is peaceful, spotless, and full of charm. We loved wandering through the gardens where every plant is explained, and the whole place feels truly special and personal. The team made our stay unforgettable a huge thank you to Chef Dilshan for the most amazing meals of our trip (especially the rice & curry), and to Dinuka and Lakmal, who looked after us with such warmth and professionalism. We also enjoyed a wonderful private garden tour and a fantastic day trip to the Knuckles Mountains with Bandar, arranged by the hotel. If you want a place that’s authentic, quiet, beautifully renovated and full of heart don’t miss Coldagh Manor. It’s a true hidden gem and deserves to be fully booked.

Suddenly we booked the hotel .we are not expected like such a welcoming by hosts.it’s such a like small jungle beside the road.such a valuable herbs ,spices and so many fruits in the garden they well maintained. Special thing is we sow so many birds and squirrels were playing around the garden.our room out side was full of flowers and trees Rooms are neat and clean,bed was comfortable with all facilities . Special thing is foods that they made from garden vegetable and home made spices,the best Sri Lankan rice and curry that I ever had.they felt like home to us. Loved see again that beautiful smiles and kindness.

Far from the noise, nature surrounded us. There is a stream next to the accommodation, in which you can bathe. The owner cooked our dinner both nights. He is a very good cook. Helpful, he beckoned us to a guide, with whom we took an exciting tour in the Knuckles forest. I can recommend!

I have no words to express my feelings at this property Cascading River, just offering mind relaxing feeling . Excellent service, very clean rooms, delicious food . Please don’t forget to try Srilankan rice and curry menu for your one meal. Very silent place to spend your holiday They have river view rooms also.(A Frame cabana) Staff was very friendly and flexible. Price also reasonable and worth. No need more words. Get that feeling when you plan your holidays in Riverston. Special thank to Mr.Jay (Manager) and caretaker Diviya
